  Ensure jewelry and apparel are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached, then securely pack them in the original shipping box.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
